I stressed that plant-based alternatives to meat and dairy are crafted to satisfy our taste preferences and dietary habits, aiming to foster a shift towards more ethical and sustainable eating practices. I wrapped up my talk with a quote from Mahatma Gandhi: “Be the Change You Wish to See in the World.”
